Open Rick and Sarah Stein’s Australian flagship: a 224-seat seafood restaurant on Coogee Beach, and their first in Sydney.

What I did

I led the marketing from the announcement in May to opening night: the launch plan, the database and email program, social from a new account, and the media and creator program with The Cru.
